HOW does an Animation Director make a REEL that explains what they do?

After pondering this for a great many years, I've come up with this!
~ By simply choosing any 22 minute tv episode worth of work that says it all!
This way, you get to see the good, the bad and the ugly. Rather than me claiming all the work of my favourite animators, handpicking my favourite sequences or directing your attention to all that is perfected - I simply give you EVERYTHING!!
Below is the work of 12-13 hardworking Animators who courageously (and unwittingly) took part in my little showcase.
